At Beryline Leather, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every product we create. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, including all original packaging.
- Personalized, custom, or engraved items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, style, or color, please contact us within the 30-day return window.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@berylineleather.com with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
